Defibox has completed smart contract multi-signature mechanism change

Dear users,

Greetings! In order to further enhance decentralization and protect contract asset, Defibox has completed smart contract multi-signature mechanism change, the new mechanism is as following:

• Multisig list consists of 8 Bp accounts and Defibox multi-signature account msig.defi, every account has 1 weight;
• Threshold is 5, that means for every change of contract we need signatures from 5 BPs;
• BPs are distributed all over the world;
• Smart contracts that apply multi-signature mechanism: btoken.defi、lend.defi、danchorsmart 、swap.defi、lptoken.defi、token.defi

At the moment this mechanism is already applied in Defibox smart contract. For the future smart contract change and asset transfer, 5 BP signatures are needed, realizing a total decentralization.
 
Defibox new multisig mechanism has gained support from 8 BPs, the list is the following:

blockpooleos（China）、eosauthority (UK）、eosnationftw（Canada）、
eosriobrazil（Brazil）、slowmistiobp（China）、（in random order）
