The Change of BOX Feedback Method

Dear users,

Hello! Regarding the 7.5% BOX release amount obtained by Newdex, Newdex has officially changed the distribution method of BOX from the original direct release to NDX staking users to the following plan:

• Starting from 09:00 (UTC) November 24, 2020, all BOX obtained by Newdex will be staked in the Defibox staking system and the corresponding reward will be automatically claimed. The reward will not be directly released to NDX staking users.
• The reward received from staking BOX, all will be staked into the Defibox staking system continuously before February 24, 2021 to automatically get reward, and the new staking reward BOX claimed from February 25, 2021 will be used for NDX buy-back and burning continuously in accordance with reasonable rules.

For NDX and BOX, this plan is a complementary and sustainable development plan. Under this circumstance, with the development of BOX, the deflation speed of NDX can be continuously accelerated, which is conducive to the long-term appreciation of NDX to a certain extent. After the formal execution of the plan, Newdex will lock up about 285,000 BOX for a long time, accounting for 5.7% of the total BOX amount, which not only reduces the selling pressure of BOX, but also provides power for the development of BOX.
